Help with Source Identification - Connecticut

I have a citation in some research that I am not understanding. It reads:

Vol V, p 156, Colonist Reports of Conn, in the Revolution.  "The Assembly do establish Sylvanus Knapp to be Lieut of the 5th Company of the Train Band of 9th Regt of the Colony, Oct 1775."

Does anyone know to what source this refers?

Does anyone know if there is a multi-volume set of Connecticut colonial legislature records to which this might refer?

It's not this which is in 15 volumes: The public records of the colony of Connecticut [1636-1776] ... transcribed and published, (in accordance with a resolution of the general assembly)

It's vol 15 p. 155

Vol. 15 1775-1776 The Public Records of the Colony of Connecticut]]'' (Hartford, Brown & Parsons, 1890) [https://archive.org/details/publicrecordsco02hoadgoog/page/n174 p. 175]

Thanks, Anne! It didn't come up in my search as he's spelt with one 'p' in the surname. Fuzzy searches rule.

I copied the citation the way I found it on the profile of Sylvanus and googled a bit. The best hit I got was for a "Nicholas Knapp genealogy" published in 1953, I found something on the Internet Archive:  https://archive.org/details/nicholasknappgen00knap

I think this might help a bit

It contains the same quote with the funny citation so I think this is the origin of what I found. Does help. Thanks.
