I merged a new entry with an existing entry (Shelton-5398) and that merge was incorrect. How do I undo it?

You can't, it's permanent. The only thing you can do is make a new profile for the person merged away.

To see what was in the lost profile, you could do a google search for WikiTree Jack Schaffer and see if google cached a copy of the page. The sooner the better.
or you can go to the changes page - there will be a merge change - on that change you can click the merged away wiki ID and the information lost will be there so you can recreate the profile of them
