Does anyone have any military service record for Oliver Alexander?

On this Veterans' Day I have been working on enlarging the profile of Oliver Alexander who served under George Washington in the French and Indian War, but I have neither a start date nor an end date to his military service nor do I have any military rank for him.  He was born about 1730 in Pennsylvania as a son of John Alexander and he died in 1812 in Tennessee.
