Could a supervisor go into St. Clair County, Missouri and open it? [closed]

I'm working with Nae on setting up the county cemeteries in each state. This is the first time I've encountered a county that says go to a supervisor. I want to place the proper category designation in it.  Thank you.

It's ok, it finally opened for me; so don't worry about it, Phil.  We're going into each state category and setting up the counties & putting the cemeteries already there into their proper counties. This one place was behaving peculiarly, but it seems to be ok now.  Thank you
