still seeking Theresa Adelaide Marsh

In 1869 in Montreal, Theresa signed her marriage registry as Theresa A Marsh. Her parents' names are given on the page as Alfred Marsh and Janet McKenzie.
I have never been able to find them. Could these names be off a little?
Could Alfred be Albert or actually Frederick? Could McKenzie be McKinsey? Could Marsh be a translation of Marais? or Dumarais? Desmarais?
An image of the marriage registration document can be viewed on Theresa's profile page.
I'd love it if someone could provide some hints or corrections!
Regards
Shirlea

Thanks Wayne! yes that is her husband. His profile mentions that his name change might be because of his status as a deserter from the British Army. (Or he might just have gotten tired of the jokes!)
But it is Theresa's background i am interested in, not Thomas's at the moment. But thanks for looking!
