for Ruth Smead-73 there are identical siblings, but it won't let me merge them

Hi Lee. If Gail's recommendation below doesn't work, could you give more information? What error are you experiencing? What exactly happens when you try to merge?

Try going to the profile Smead-73, click on Edit, click on options below the siblings listed.  Check the boxes next to the siblings that are duplicates, select either compare or merge them directly.
