I need a project manager to remove Bolling -12 from my tree (Tandy-271) and replace with Jefferson--641

I cannot be more specific than this. Sources for the change are in the hands of our chapter historian for the Colonial Dames of the XVll Century. She has proved my 9-11 generations, which would be Martha Jefferson down through Lucretia. I believe she is using Adventurers in Purse and Person as her source. I will need to get my own hands on these volumes.

Unless you provide sources to back up your claim that Martha Jefferson should replace Anne Bolling as mrs Wynne, I would suggest you have been misled by someone who has been in dire need of connecting this part of the tree to a presidential line. The project protection is there for a reason.

If the death dates of his wives are correct, then Martha cannot have been his first wife and she would have been far too old to bear children after marrying Robert Wynne.

Do you have a source for Martha as Lucretia's mother? Please remember that unsourced online trees do not count.

I see a number of duplicate profiles related to this family group. including Lucretia, that need to be merged and cleaned up.

I believe she wants Martha Jefferson to replace Anne Bolling as the mother of Lucretia Wynne. She has created a duplicate profile for Lucretia and connected her to Martha as her daughter. The original profile for Lucretia is connected to Anne Bolling as a daughter. Both profiles for Lucretia are connected to Joseph Tudor Tucker as a spouse.

With the exception of a transcription of the will of Lucretia's father, Robert Wynne, which doesn't mention a mother for any of his children, there is little or no sourcing on these profiles.

Robert Wynne is PPP.

Thank you everyone for your replies. Yes, Deb, this is exactly what I am trying to do. I could not tell if my duplicate profile was successful. I have been told by our Colonial Dames of the XVII Century chapter historian that Martha Jefferson, not Anne Bolling, is the mother of Lucretia Wynne. Our historian has sent me on a research quest to our NC State Archives for the proofs. I hope to soon add sources to Wikitree's store of information as well as correct mistakes. I have put the cart before the horse to help connect Martha's line to use as an outline for my research quest. Thanks again, Pam

Hi, thank you. I have included a few sources for #7. Catherine Daniel. This relationship finder is only as accurate as the relationships one has strung together in any given Wikitree tree. So until I correct what I am told is inaccurate by our local historian in our Colonial Dames of the XVll Century chapter, this relationship is inaccurate. This historian has proved my generations 9-11, which connects Martha Jefferson to Lucretia Wynn.
