Edwin Buckingham Robbins 1835-1901 - Stuck

Question

Edwin Buckingham Robbins, born in Illinois, died in Ohio is a dead end for my tree.  He was married Lucy Thurston.  I've been able to track the Thurston side pretty well, but Robbins, not so much.  Any help appreciated.

This may give you a lead to pursue. The 1850 US Federal Census lists Smith Robbins as the father of an Edwin B Robbins born about 1835:
