My great grandfather, Daniel Wilson, died in Fife, Scotland but was born in Ireland in 1851.

Question

Daniel Wilson married  Martha Pollock in 1875 in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland. Both were born c. 1851 in Ireland. Daniel's parents were James and Nancy (Laverty) Wilson. Martha's parents were John and Annie (Harton) Pollock. Presumably both sets of parents were born in Ireland.

I cannot locate any passenger lists that include them.

Any suggestions about where to look would be appreciated.

There are several sources for records in Ireland in the era you are searching, which you are probably aware. 

The one I find myself using more often lately is; http://www.rootsireland.ie/

If you have not tried that one already, merely go there and register (free).  You can then search their databases without charge.  The charge a fee to see the complete record if found, but you can often find a name, date and location by searching their index.

Another is: http://www.immigrantships.net/

Which is an interesting site for many reasons.

I found four Daniel Wilson's on the Roots Ireland website which I shall pursue. However, it doesn't look too promising as the details do not match what I have.
As far as the ships' lists are concerned, I wonder if there were any kept for those travelling from Ireland to Scotland.
