Upon doing a search on familysearch.org listing the surname of Cook and using residence place of Ohio between the years of 1810 and 1820 I came up with about 929 records. After refining my search for only those living in Belmont County I had 13 records left. I would suggest starting by adding any of those who are not already on here and work on their connections as well as your own and you fay find the connection faster than you think.

I see you have one connection already so try to improve that one and see where it leads you.

I know I am answering quite a few months after you posted this and you may already know this information, but there were many Cook's from Wallingford and Cheshire, CT who moved to Burton, Ohio back around 1805 or so.
