A cemetery with two names

Hartland Cemetery in Klickitat Co, Washington is also known as Lone Pine Cemetery (the overhead sign says Lone Pine).

I've started a Cemetery Space as Hartland but would like to feature the Lone Pine name with equal prominence.

I suppose there's no chance that it could also somehow be indexed and/or linked as Lone Pine so that either would end up at the same Cemetery Space..

Thanks,

jim berry

One way that I have previously used when I decided a Free Space name was incorrect.

1) Create a new free space (perhaps Hartland aka Lone Pine Cemetery, Klickitat County, Washington)

2) Merge the incorrect title into the correct title using https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:MergeSpace

3) Maybe adding the alias to the category is also a good idea?  This would be done by creating the new category and then using the template {{Rename Category|NewCategoryName}} for Edit Bot to move all profiles into the new category.

Jim, I think that would almost be necessary. How to do that. Dunno, but someone answer in s big sbout how to do that.

I have a cemetery that I always name just one name in my data. It was a family cemetery (the Wells Cemetery) that I had surveyed back In the 90s for Rootsweb. I have a couple of generations of ancestors buried there. The closest grave to the gate has the name Abee, and someone else did a survey and that name got passed around all over the internet, the Abee Cemetery.

At least yours seems to legitimately have two names.
