Tagging loyalists?

Is there a tag to put on the profiles of loyalists? I have two; one stayed in North Carolina and another left for New Brunswick.

As Stephen Harris said, the links from your previous post have the info. A United Empire Loyalist (loyalists who went to Canada) can be recognized with the {{United Empire Loyalist}} sticker as described in the project pages. I took a look and there isn't a Henry Underwood currently recognized as a Loyalist. You would need to document that he was a Loyalist to make that claim. There are two Underwoods in the Directory (Alexander and John).  They both went to New Brunswick.  The WikiTree ID you gave didn't go to Henry. I will look at what you have and see if there is a case to be made.

Thanks, Doug. I’m pretty sure that the evidence I have for Henry Underwood wouldn’t pass muster for U.E.L., but he was a loyalist who did go to  New Brunswick. I just don’t have all the documentation that’s necessary.

As for Gaspar Clubb, there is documentation that proves he was a loyalist (who didn’t leave). He deserted shortly after enlisting.

I should have said “stickers” for loyalists, not tags.

I would think that the sources would probably be acceptable. It just looks like no one has gone through the certification process with that name. UEL is a lot easier than DAR. I just sent my application for a Certificate this past Tuesday. Anyway, you would have to show that the Henry Underwood that went to Canada as a Loyalist is the same one you descend from.

There is a category: [[Category: Loyalists, American Revolution]]

Natalie, is that what I put in the bio section?
Please read the comments from Steven and Doug. I didn't know this was a follow-up to another post.

Pip, did you look into the projects mentioned in the previous post? There may be more than just categories they can assist you with, such as templates, stickers and other resources.
