Different Profiles Same email address

Question

When I added warren-8440, I added an email address so that she could manage that branch of the family.

Her husband, Fynn-27, has family from two prior relationships and now wants access so that he can add and update the tree for his side of the family.

They however use the same email address but Wikitree does not allow same email address to be used by different profiles.

What to do in this case?

The husband is going to have to create a different email address. Yahoo, hotmail or g-mail - and used just for wikitree access and contacts - will fine.

Creating  multiple emails for one family seems clumsy and unnecessaty.

What if one individual is responsible for 3 different branches on the tree.

Must he then have 3 email addresses.

Can I rather remove the email address from warren-8440 so that K can give same to Fynn-27

They can both use the same email address but will only be logged in as the warren-8440. If you remove the email address from one, that person can't access their profiles.

The only way for Fynn-27 to show as manager on profiles is to have another email address.

If they're not worried about who is manager, just use the one log-in.

What do you intend to do with 3 branches? Since they are all connected through Fynn-27, there wont be 3 seperate branches.  They will eventually all be joined up into one big tree - with each person having their own profile.
