How do you enter a wife without birth or death dates

I have the name of the wife for John Clements (born about 1785) but do not have any birth or death dates for her.

I wish WikiTree would allow the entry of a range is dates, i.e. abt 1834-39. I have been doing research in a time period where men typically marry in their early twenties, and women in the late teens. Thus estimating the man is 20-25 and the woman 15-20 years old. Then given a marriage date for a first marriage, fairly reasonable birth dates can be estimated.

I use two different genealogy programs, both of which allow this, but alas, WikiTree does not.

You can make an estimate of her birth date based on when they married. Mark it as uncertain.
