Profile Manager of my First Cousin Wife Profile [closed]

Back on Jan. 3, 2018 I saw that my First Cousin Wife desided to leave WikiTree. Seeing how I put the other Family Members in WikiTree I ask back on Jan. 3, 2018 if I can be My First Cousin Wife Profile Manager. My First Cousin James Laporta pass away from Cancer. This is the Reason why she left WikiTree, because she didn't want to be reminded of her Husband of over 30 years by doing this. My Question Has never been Answer. Whom do I have to Ask in order to be Profile Manager for Holland-5444. It had been over 2 Months since it came up as a Close Account

Patrick, you need to write to info@wikitree.com, explain your relationship to your first cousin's wife, and request to be made manager of her profile.

I went to info@WikiTree.com and I said the Same thing there. I have not heard back from them yet. I don't why it would take so long. I'm the one that first put her profile on WikiTree. After I put her information inI turn her profile over to her to manage her side of the Family Tree since My First Cousin was Married for over 30 Years and she loss him to Cancer. She didn't want to be reminded of her Husband this way. She said to WikiTree to closed her account. And the same day I ask to be the Profile Manager of her Profile. Why would it take so long to get a Answer from Whom Ever that is in Charge of That Part of WikiTree.
