Would it be appropriate to add a name study subcategory to the United States Civil War category?

The name category is  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Applegate_Name_Study%2C_United_States_Civil_War . While I do not see any suname subcategories under the United States Civil Wars category, I do see several ethnic group subcategories. Is there a better category than https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:United_States_Civil_War to place it under.

I would suggest creating an Applegate Name Study under https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:One_Name_Studies and then nesting your limited time period study of that surname under it.

Thank you David. Did that in January of  2014, but recently created the limited time period category.  May I take your answer to mean that you think it inappropriate to add it the the United States Civil War category?

IMHO it doesn't really fit the project goals listed at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:US_Civil_War:_War_Between_the_States.
