Can someone tell me why this profile is PPP?

Question

I'd like to know why the profile of Elizabeth (Pike) Carr has PPP status. I do not know which project is supposedly protecting it, and I am not aware of any reason she is of any significance, except that she was the daughter of Major Robert Pike. Thank you.

Looks like it was under US History Project at some point. (Added by you, then removed?)

I added the US History Project template when I didn't know it was only for "certain" people. I certainly had nothing to do with adding the PPP - I do not have the power to do that!

Well, it must have happened before a merge? Other than the change in locked status that I just did (to ensure it shows up in changes) there is no other lock status in changes.

I can remove the PPP though.

Based on what I can tell, Nae X locked the PPP on 20 November 2013 when she changed the parents from Pike-232 and Sanders-694 to Pike-51 and Saunders-787. I can only assume that she believed that there was a risk of someone switching them back and wanted to lock these parents down. If the risk no longer exists, then removing the PPP should be fine. Nae X does not appear to have made any updates since March 2017, so I don't know if she can provide additional details, but I would hope that after 3-4 years of PPP, the risk of parents being altered may not be as great as before.
