too many on watchlist

I have over 5000 in my watch list so was think which ones are best to get rid of now any advise please

You can still work on files that are not in your watchlist.  Maybe you could just keep your direct line.  Or some of your profiles have more than one manager.  Maybe let those go.  It is okay to leave orphans.  The point is not to have too many profiles to take care of.

I am trying to orphan some of them but wanting to keep direct lines best I can but just when I think I am getting rid of some they are still there may need some help with it

Maybe you are doing what I did by mistake.  I was removing myself as manager, but not completely off the trusted list.  If you don't remove yourself from the trusted list, they still appear on your watchlist even though you are no longer the manager.
