How do I link my ancestry DNA results to here?

You've done what needs to be done. You've added your test information to your profile (by the way, this is autosomal DNA, not mitochondrial), you've uploaded your data to Gedmatch and recorded the number here, and your data has started propagating to family member profiles.

The next step is to add to your family tree so more potential DNA connections will be displayed.

A small clue - you have PG16, a small segment found in many who have ancestry in early Pennsylvania, or ancestry from the German or nearby regions of Europe (for more info, see Small DNA Segments - Pennsylvania German).

it's not useful for matching but indicates you very likely have German or similar ancestry, somewhere.
