Author [[Grafton-220|Sue Grafton]] died last night of cancer.

I loved her series, but stopped reading at "K." She made it to "Y" is for Yesterday and her daughter said the final book would have been "Z is for Zero," but it will never be written.

Took me awhile to find this out here, as my wife is a Sue Grafton reader and she had mentioned this to me. Too bad that they won't finish the series, but I understand how that goes. The family has to do what they believe is the right thing.

On a happy note, after the links update tonight, she should be connected to the global tree. She has 2 Mayflower connections (I think) and is connected to some fairly strong branches in the tree. I'm still working on one of them, but the other should link up tonight.
