Is anyone else having problems with uploading their raw DNA to gedmatch ? It keeps freezing at the end of the upload.

Hey, Stephanie. To my knowledge, GEDmatch can't accept Genographic 2.0 raw data, even in the Genesis beta area. That was true even before The Genographic project moved from the FTDNA lab to Helix in November 2016. But the Helix lab does an exome test using an entirely different chipset than the other major testing companies use for genealogy testing, so I wouldn't foresee newer Genographic tests being compatible with GEDmatch any time in the near future.

Yes, I am, my data is from MyHeritage, tried several times, even created a new download file...

 

I have not idea how to sort this out.
