I went looking to see what was going on with the Genealogy book that AJ Jacobs has been promising the world for several years.

Bought my copy of the book.

Went to check my relationship with AJJacobs, I used to be connected ... by marriages etc, but I am no longer connected. Was wondering why.

If the connection (including marriages)  is more than 10 steps away then wikitree will not show it.

If you are blood related to AJ then Wikitree will show that.

I believe that A J used to be a permanent person on the connection finder but obviously he no longer is.

Many thanks Robynne . I suspected that might be the case. Perhaps he could be added back in as a permanent person given the release of the book as people might be interested to revisit (like I was). Not quite sure how to escalate to the powers that be.

Yep - just purchased my copy as well. Am now reading it at 1 AM !!

It has taken me 2 days to get through the book, but i have finished reading it. I Loved It.

I also love AJs witty sense of humour as well.
