Jennifer,

To add Elizabeth Woodville to your tree, you have to have a marital connection or blood connection to her siblings or her children.  She was married twice.  Are you descended from John Grey and Elizabeth Woodville?

So you must have either a parental link or a marriage link.  Add Elizabeth as the mother of your ancestor and the corresponding husband as the father.

If your ancestor is her sibling, then they are connected to her through her parents, Richard Wydeville and Joann of Luxembourgh.

You need to keep adding ancestors until you get back to an existing one that is already on Wikitree.

You can't propose a merge between Stephen Brayton and a Queen born in the 1400's. They are obviously not the same person.
