WikiTree Genealogists are at the top of the food-chain. Out of 450,839+ members who have contributed, they account for about 450,700. (enough said)
Leaders and Coordinators have the responsibility and privilege to serve other WikiTree Genealogists by voluntarily leading Projects which are designed to facilitate communication and organize efforts.
The Team supports and assists the Leaders in their efforts. They serve us all by ensuring that the website remains safe, free, constantly improving, and growing in a positive direction.
Together this is our community. Every part vital; every player with an important roll. Each of us is in a position to enjoy WikiTree to its fullest, serve to our heart's content, and to keep spreading it throughout the world.
There is no hierarchy at WikiTree.
Of course these are just my personal thoughts... I am but a humble and dedicated servant to you all :)
