Why was Thomas separated from Skydmore-71?

Through my research online, Thomas b. 1605 d. 1684 son of Richard and Agnes Lawrence. He married Ellen Whitehead b. 1607 d. 1660. They had 7 children. Daughter Jedidah who married Edward Higby et al. Where is the error?  As usual, I'm confused.

It appears Thomas was reattached at some point as he is still there. But what you may have seen happen is a merge that had never been properly cleaned up was recently cleaned on this profile and the note regarding detaching Thomas was brought to the top.  If it no longer applies, you might recommend that the Profile Manager remove it.
