Jennifer accidentally entered her birthdate incorrectly. Can someone fix this? It should not be 170 AD.

I just change it to 1971 ... don't know if that's right, but she can get back in there now.

Thanks, Sandi!

p.s. In the future, emailing info@ is usually the quickest way to get something like this fixed.

Sandi,

Because the profile is private, only someone on the trusted list can edit it.  In addition, because of the date error, only someone who is pre-1500 certified can edit it.

I expect that nobody on the trusted list is also pre-1500 certified.  In that case, you need to email info @ wikitree.com (without the spaces) and ask them to fix it.

Yup, this is a Catch-22. I've emailed the info to poor Jennifer, who's been in limbo since mid-July. Good thing I bumbled on her profile.
If Jennifer uses Wikitree-X to add a source, she should be able to change it.  It's the only way I've found to deal with this problem.
I'm assuming the WikiTree X "feature" - whilst useful in this context - is a bit of an unintended bug? Should it be fixed?
