Hannah Nelson marriage to Joseph Richardson

Question

Looking for a marriage document for Hannah Nelson/James Richardson, Rowley, Massachusetts, that includes the names of her parents.  There were a couple Hannah Nelsons born in Rowley, Massachusetts ,,, 1693 (Nelson-5215) & 1694 (Nelson-4516).  Both profiles claim Joseph Richardson (two different profiles)... so, we need to clean this up ... the source in Nelson-4516 says it's her but that's not overly definitive.  Thanks.

Did not find the marriage record at famlysearch.org but the WikiTree profile for Nelson-4516 corresponds to the same parents as in the birth record.

There is already marriage record already posted in the sources for Hannah Nelson Richardson  (Nelson-4516) which indicates that her father was Phillip Nelson.

I went into American Ancestors, Massachusetts : Vital Records, 1620-1850, Rowley Births, p. 142.  There are two Hannah Nelsons:

 

Hannah d. Thomas (jr., c.r.1) and Hannah, Dec. 17, 1693 and Hannah (Nellson, d. of Phillips and Sarah, Sept. 4, 1694.

Because there is a marriage record saying Hannah's father was Phillip, then we should accept that.  What I've discovered to be the Real problem is her husband.  I found a birth date for Joseph Richardson III which was 1714, the year when Hannah Nelson was married.  I think the Richardson and Chandler genealogies may have the wrong Joseph.
