I am looking for information on Joseph Evans/Margaret Ann Thomas

Question

Joseph H Evans and Margaret Ann Thomas of my Grandmother Sarah (Evans) Harlan. They all lived in Carbon County, Mauch Chunk (Jim Thorpe) Pennsylvania, United States. I am having difficulty finding records of their marriage, deaths, burials and immigration. I cannot go any further back until I more information. Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

The 1900 census, which I found on Ancestry, shows Joseph H Evans born in PA with parents born in Wales.

This is very likely the family in the 1870 census.
