"Access keys" for wikitree mouseless navigation.

G'day

I notice that there are some Access Keys ( Html = accesskey ) implemented but I was wondering if there is a list of them?

I can't find the topic mentioned in the help pages nor on G2G.

For those that don't know "access keys" enable (assist with) mouseless navigation around webpages.  They are of great benefit to the visually impaired and to those with physical difficulties in operating a mouse or touch pad.  They are also of great benefit to those whose computer equipment for whatever reason is not happy to do scrolling.

For everyone else they can be of benefit in just navigating about a page quickly and precisely.  For example for the edit profile page, Alt , (Alt key pressed at the same time as the comma key (in Chrome  and Edge Browsers not some others including Firefox) ) will take your cursor straight to the Biography edit box.  Alt S (Alt key pressed at the same time as the 's' key ) will save your edits.  Just those two access keys save a whole lot of scrolling time.

As you can see, access keys ( accesskey ) are already implemented in wikitree - I just want to know if there is a list of them available to for us to read.

Suggestions for other access key navigation...

* Explain your changes: field
* Proper First Name: Field

Known Access keys
  Edit Biography Save Profile
Edge  Alt+, Alt+s
Chrome  Alt+, Alt+s
Firefox  Alt+Shift+, not available

great question. Would save both my wrists and eyes.
As a minimum I would like to also have implemented an access key to the field for "Explain your changes:"

Thanks for sharing the information about the access keys that you discovered, Vera.

I agree that a list of access keys would be a Very Good Thing. I added the "improvements" tag to this question to bring it to the attention of WikiTree Team members who might be able to implement that recommendation.

I've added a table showing the access keys that I have discovered by browser type.  Alt+s on firefox brings up the browser History menu so which over-rides the save profile access key combination
Yes, thank you Veni.  As a visually impaired person with mobility limitations, more of these would be of great benefit to me.

But Veni, is your chart right? I thought you said Alt + S is save. I'll be trying that one out.
Well it was in the right column if you were cross eyed - >;-)

Thanks for picking that up...  will correct
