I can see all names in Wikitree but on MY FAMILY Tree & Tools my profile is not completed as to even my parents - why?

It's seems as if instead of completing the merge you set the merge as an unmerged match?

Hi Elena,

There's a profile representing you in the GEDCOM you uploaded:

• Elena Novaco

Just by "merging" both profiles representing you you'll see your family tree on your "Family Tree &Tools".

Just complete the merge and that's it !

You must add your parents to your tree. If you have already made profiles for them, or someone else has, then you will need to add those profiles as your mother and father and continue to add family until you can connect them to the names you are seeing.

Hi Elena, nice to meet you.

This is easily fixed :)

It sounds like you are able to find the profiles of your mother and father (if not please let me know).  You will want to note their ID#s (such as Hathaway-1200 for mine or Novaco-1 for yours).  I record these on paper.  Then from your profile you can click above your name to "add father".  On the next page don't worry about filling in all the blanks, just enter your father's ID# in the first space provided (it's labled) and click next to it to complete.  Do the same for your mother and it's done.
