Question

Tried to initiate a merge between Tremblay-1076 (who is unconnected) and Tremblay-1202 and got the message that they were unmerged matches, back in Apr of 2016 (if I am reading this right), Why would they be unmerged when they are the same people? Thanks.

They were created by the same profile manager several months apart.  Not sure why there were marked as unmerged matches unless he planned to do more research and just never came back to them.

You can remove the unmerged match and then propose the merge again.
