Is there any way to delete persons from wikitree that I should have never uploaded in the 1st place.

No. Just merge them with someone on your watchlist with the same surname.

Wayne, welcome to G2G forum.

If your post is regarding persons in the GEDCOM you have just uploaded you don't have to worry about. You have not imported your GEDCOM, so they are not in WikiTree yet and the GEDCOM will eventually be deleted in the next days.

If it's regarding persons already created/imported you can try
