Bahamian researchers: Dolly Mae now available online!

Great news for Bahamian researchers.  The Hope Town Museum has put the Dolly Mae genealogy information online.  There is a yearly subscription fee of $24.99, but well worth it, I think.  The fee also allegedly goes to help preserve records, etc.

Just subscribed, very excited.  I've wanted to purchase the cd for over a year, now I can do research from anywhere.
Isn't it great!  I have already found some new information.  I have the CD but never reloaded it when I had to replace my computer last October.  It was also a bit cumbersome trying to find information on it.  Needless to say I am thrilled to have access online.

Can someone tell me more about this Dolly Mae CD?  How much information is on it?  Is it inclusive of all records, English, Mixed, African?  Is it better to find the CD or pay for this online service?  How much is the CD and where to buy?

I have the CD, but much prefer researching the records online.  It's so much easier.

According to the museum (http://genealogy.hopetownmuseum.com/tng/index.php), "The Dolly Mae Records consist of over 150,000 surnames almost 43,000 Families from all of the Bahamas Islands. The Genealogical file consists of Births, Deaths, Marriage and Baptisms of both Civil and Church records 1750's thru 1910 each island may vary. These records are a work in progress. Compiled by Oreste Lombardi, (a descendant of Dolly Mae Hewitt) taking over 20 years to collect, and transcribed by numerous volunteers over the years.  In 2007, Mr. Lombardi gifted these records to the Museum, every subscription sale generates funds that work to ensure that these records are preserved and available for generations to come.  These Bahamas Genealogy Historical records are the copy-righted property of the Wyannie Malone Historical Museum, Hope Town, Abaco, Bahamas."

Here's the last information I had on ordering the CD through Jan, but it is from 2015:

I’ve had my subscription a while now. I dabble now and then with my family tree whenever I can. I love my Bahamian Heritage and the family I have found along the way.
