Does anyone know where to find: Biography Index. A cumulative index to biographical material in books and magazines.

Looking for a digital version!

I need volume 9 which is from the 1970s and our local library system (though large) does not keep anything this old.  They don;t have a physical nor a digital copy.  I would love to find a digital version I could access today since this is a time sensitive search.

Your library should be able to request it for you on interlibrary loan.  You can check Worldcat to see if a nearby library has it.  But honestly, they should be able to get you a copy of the information you need.  That's what libraries are for.  Did you ask?

Yep.  I called the library help desk.  Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful for a large county library and I don't have time this go-around for an interlibrary loan which can take weeks because I need the information this week. Thanks for the idea of Worldcat, I' ll check that.
