This is also my family line. I have it in a notebook put together for my dad. Currently missing the last page. However if true, Talferris left Wales to escape religious persecution. In Eng. changed the name to James At Church and a series of John At Churches followed born in Essex, England.(Braintree, Castle Camps), 1300-1610), Richard Church b:1610 Braintree,Essex,Eng. d:1667 Massachusetts.Where we stayed until John R b:1704 Hampshire, Ma m: Ct d:1775 Ct, John jr..b: Ma m: yankeeVa and d:1806 N.Carolina. {Yankee John Church}, Aaron Church was b:1786 n.carolina and d:1846 n.carolina.Then our line goes to Arkansas, Oklahoma, California, Washington, nd Montana. Where I have found other Church cousins. Our history has issues.
