In 1850 only ONE James A Plummer shows up.  He's living with Margaret and Allen Plummer in Maryland, and several other people who most likely are his brothers and sisters.

England his Mother born in Germany.1850 Census Summerville,

Cambria,Penn,Those are not his parents,both born in Penn,Some Counties

in penn.,records have been destroyed or misplaced.
