Where in South Carolina in approx. Family Lived before coming to Butler County Ohio approximately. 1808

Question

Family name:Little, Robert born 1805 somewhere in SC
Parentage:mother, Nancy dies in 1827 ish. Writes her will in Butler County Ohio. Do not know her maiden name. (Another mystery that needs to be solved)
Father of Robert: (another mystery I have been trying to solve for 14 years)

Siblings: of Robert born in Ohio, Thomas 1809, James 1811, Samuel ? But dies sometime in 1827. David 1816.

I guess I should note I have all of  Roberts census records except 1880. I am still in the process of adding to wiki tree. I have all my information in Family Tree Maker. Thank you for your answer tho.

My bet would be Bush River Monthly Meeting in Newberry County.  Some members were also in neighboring counties.  The mass migration from there to Ohio about 1805-1810 is well known. And there was a smaller meeting, Cane Creek, in Union County, but many of those stayed behind.

I briefly searched Bush River Monthly Meeting in Newberry County and it refers to Quakers if I am correct.  I have  info buried somewhere with my things that needs to be added that says that Robert later in life joins a Presbyterian Church Reily Twp. Butler County Ohio. Also, according to a  known researcher in Butler County, he suspects that the family may have attended Bethel Chapel in Butler County. The church is no longer there except a Historical markers and graves.  All church records have been lost. I have been to this cemetery but not able to find any markers. (Maybe they did not have the money for markers?)...anyway, this is also a Presbyterian Church. So  this thought of quakers would be a whole new direction for me.
