How to get a list of ancestors and where they are from

Question

My mother was just diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has spread everywhere. We did 23andMe last month before knowing her diagnosis. Her 23andMe is not done yet. Can I get ancestry information, for example Irish and German heritage and ancestors with just my DNA information? To be honest I don't understand how this works yet I just haven't had the time with all that is currently going on. The names I'm interested is Bernard Mueller Feb 20 1838 born   Marckolsheim, France married Anne Maria Spexarth Feb 1855   born Varensell,Germany
