Spouse not visible on profile but visible in family tree [closed]

Question

For living persons their spouse is not visible due to Wikitree privacy policy. However, if that persons family tree is visable then their spouse is shown in the tree.  Does this defeat the purpose of the privacy policy conerning living persons and the display of their spouse ?

I answered my own question.  If you can view the tree then the spouse could be visible. Depends on privacy settings.  Elementary dear Watson.
