What does this entry on Maryland website mean?

This is an Entry on the Maryland website called the EarlySettlersMSAMaryland.GOV.  I would assume that the Film line is referring to microfiche but  don't know that for sure and even if that is correct I wouldn't know how to get a hard copy of it.  I don't know what the line beginning Transcript refers to.  And maybe MSA refers to Maryland State Archives but then what are all the following numbers?   I'm hoping someone out there a bit more experience can help me decipher this entry for Benjamin Goodman.

Goodman, Benjamin
LL:424 Film No:
Transported 1674
Transcript: 15:318; 18:24
MSA SC 4341-

Judy, notice at the bottom of the page for Steinbach's link that there is an email address for questions.  J. Steinbach -- excellent resource!
