Donnie, If you click on his wife's name, the marriage certificate will come up. Click on that image to enlarge it. You will see that there is a stamp near the top that has DADE. Looks like he married in Dade county, and died there as well.

As for the Quebec information being him, I'm not as certain. Why would he be in Quebec in 1914?
