Penobscot Pioneers Volume 2 - Does anyone have a copy?

Question

Philip Howard Gray wrote Penobscot Pioneers in multiple volumes. I'm looking for Volume 2, pages 62-63. On these pages, apparently, Gray asserts that Eleanor Pratley (wife of Robert Smart) was really Eleanor Dudley, daughter of Samuel Dudley of Exeter and granddaughter of Thomas Dudley of Roxbury, governor of the Massechusetts Bay Colony.
Gray identifies the elusive "Elnell Pratly" as Eleanor Dudley.

Does anyone have this source that they could send me a snippet of the related text?
