If you google Henry Kline Hollinger, you will find a Rootsweb post. It has some email addresses (fairly old ones) of people who ordered it. Maybe one of them can help ypu.

Thank you Maureen, I tried that, however, the email addresses no longer work. They are more than a decade old. Thanks again! Kathy Anyone have a copy or can point me in a good direction? Greatly appreciate your help!

This link includes a mailing address of the person with the copies:

And... it appears that the LDS microfilmed the cards that make up the pamphlet, so you can rent the microfilm at your local LDS family search center.

A copy of these cards is held by the FHL of the LDS church (film nos. 247895 for generations 1-12, about 1426 to 1840 and 247896 for generations 13 to 17, about 1840 to 1954), together with some notes by Henry Kline Hollinger.

Thank you very much Jillaine!!!! With your help I have been able to email people who are most likely able to help me!                                                                                   Best regards,Kathy
