I have a property deed dated 21 march 1838 inwich Ephraim Rich jur sold land (3 acres) to David Rich. out of interest i am trying to find the location of house and land to see whats on the plot today.

If you have a property deed.  You know where it is.  Call or write the tax office in that location. They can give you a current address.  If you cannot travel there, you can find it on your computer at map quest.
