Elizabeth Harrison has a Find a Grave memorial, but no sources/pictures & "Burial: Unknown"

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=126513791
inline sources aren't used for https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Harrison-829 & Find a Grave is one of the sources listed under that heading. His memorial does have source info attached & burial info, so that would be a good lead to pursue:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=43362902

Husband's memorial is burial unknown also, but does have text that mentions sources, so more leads for you at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=126513407
http://frostandgilchrist.com/getperson.php?personID=I16144 has a lot of info on Benjamin & mentions his only daughter Elizabeth, although not who she married (the entry for her doesn't either & has no notes)

I, too, am a descendant of John Mason who was married to Elizabeth Harrison; and he, too, is my 7th great grandfather. I descend from their son, Major John Mason 1717-1785, but they had another child who was named Isaac, 1729-1757. I do not have his name as being John Isaac.
Isaac Mason of VA 1729 1757 married Ann Petway. He had a son John born 1752, Christened 1753, who married Elizabeth Peters.  Isaac  had a daughter Mary that married John Tuell.  He had daughter Elizabeth born after his 1757 death who married Marrable and moved to TN.

His will gave 280 acres to son John, and 280 acres to a son, if his pregnant wife had a son.  She had daughter Elizabeth, so the 580 acres went to John, the heir at law who sold it in 1779 and Ann Lanier released dower rights.

There is no Isaac Mason, Jr. in this family.  An Isaac Mason b  31 Jan 1753  (Bible Record) in PA/DE/ Rebecca Story has been added to John Mason and Ann Petway's line  and that is incorrect.

John Mason/Ann Petway only had the  three children above. Can provide deeds.
