anthony bronson was b.-1778  in cheshire,new haven, conn., son of ebenezer  bronson  and susannah parker bronson .mary, his wife was born in 1784 in cheshire as well, though she could poss. have been born in new york state . they were a farming family in prospect, ny where their 4 children were born-benjamin g,, warren c., maria and george betw. 1802 and 1815.  date of death is unk. and her husband remarried in 1825 so it was in this 10 year gap. they removed to remsen, ny some time after 1815.  i have the names of anthony's bro's and sisters if that is helpful.  sincere gratitude if  there is a clue anywhere.  the name GILES could have some relevance-poss. COWLES as well. (note the init. after the names of the 1st 2 sibs.)there were several GILES families in the PROSPECT< NY area.

I attempted to search for the maiden name of Mary Bronson but was only able to find these sources that she was married to Anthony but no indication of her name at birth. I wanted to share these so at least you have these sources and/or links that may help for further research:
