A policeman b 1853 who was killed on the job in 1853 seems impossible. He must have either been born a couple of decades before 1853 or was killed a couple of decades after 1853. Which is it?

Would you know either or both of his parents names or the names of any siblings? What county in Ireland?
Sorry, he was born in 1853, he dies when he was 23-27 years old

This is the closest I found with and estimated birth date of 1854:

Frances Lloyd, "Ireland, Civil Registration Indexes, 1845-1958"

Name: Frances Lloyd
Event Type: Death
Event Date: Jul - Sep 1878
Event Place: Ballinasloe, Ireland
Registration Quarter and Year: Jul - Sep 1878
Registration District: Ballinasloe
Age: 24
Birth Year (Estimated): 1854
