This one is a long shot - on his WWI draft record - nearest relative is Martha Acker of Hancock, MS. There is a John Nealey b. abt 1877 in AL, son of James and Martha Neeley, living in Hancock, MS in 1880. All other children b. in MS. Possibly James died and Martha remarried Acker? Records posted below in case you recognize and of the siblings names and can make a connection. Looks like only 4 of Martha's children survived.
