Albert and Gladys had another child, Marvin Leroy Williams, who was my grandfather. I'm trying without much success to find more information about Albert myself. I would love to know if you ever discover a more specific birthplace than just Maine, a place or date of death. Good luck!

Today I also learned that Albert's middle name was spelled Rodger, he was born April 12th, 1884 and he either died or divorced Gladys by 1925 because she then remarried Sidney L Starkey.

I have a copy of Albert's registration form for the 1918 draft. He signed his name at the bottom and spelled his middle name "Roger." He listed Gladys Seaton as next of Williams as next of kin. I will send you a copy if you give me your email. Gread Williams was married to my aunt Mary Moles Williams. They have to childRen and lived in Arlington, VA. Gerald or Uncle Jerry, worked at the Pentagon and was in the Army reserves. He died in 2009and Mary died in 2015. She was my mother's sister.
I have not found a birth or death certificate for Albert. Uncle knew very little about his father, Albert. All he was told by Gladys was that he walked out on her and disappeared. I am still searching records when I can. Betty bettyblue1946@gmail.com
