Mistovius (Prince_of_Bohemia-10) is listed as a son of Boleslav II and Emma of Bohemia. No such son is known for them, though. In fact, no such Přemyslid exists outside a vast array of Ancestry, Geni, etc. genealogies, all without sources. It appears that he should be disconnected from his supposed parents. The question is what to do with him next?
We do have among our legendary Přemyslid ancestors on WikiTree a Mstivoj (Prince_of_Bohemia-4), supposedly born in 822. I don't know, though, if it is a good idea to merge one non-existing person into another.
Another option is to merge him with Mieszko I (Piast-6). Charles Cawley presents this as an option: there is a "Mistiuis", father of Tove, wife of Harald I Bluetooth of Denmark, who according to Cawley could have been Mieszko. But he seems not too sure about this because he also lists (http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/MECKLENBURG.htm#ToveMHaraldIDenmark) Tove as the daughter of Mstivoj, a son of Nakon, prince of the Obodrites.
Finally, he could be kept as Mstivoj or Mistivoj, LNAB Nakoniden, Sources:
